Rapper Akon’s $26M white mansion makes neighbors complain because it glows every night

It seems that Akon, the Grammy-nominated Senegalese-American artist, has ventured into the real estate market once again, this time listing a property in Alpharetta for nearly $7m. This comes after his Sandy Springs estate was listed earlier in the year.

Akon, whose net worth is reported to be around $80m, has put his success on display with this Alpharetta home. The property, built in 2014, offers six bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, along with a range of luxurious amenities, including a piano room, a movie theater, and a recording studio. Car enthusiasts will appreciate the nine-car garage, and there’s also a fenced-in backyard with a patio, pool, and sauna.

However, it’s worth noting that the house is described as unfinished, with some areas still under construction, including a bowling alley. The property is situated on 4.6 acres within a gated community, providing both privacy and space.

The description of the Alpharetta home owned by Akon mentions that it is “practically all-white.” This likely means that the interior design and decor of the house predominantly feature white color schemes.
