Paul, 27, beat the 58-year-old former undisputed heavyweight champion comfortably on points when they faced off in Texas last month. The contest was an underwhelming affair with Tyson unable to do much past the first minute.

The BIGGEST Mental Beatdown in Boxing History!

The former YouTuber and gifted marketer believes he has what it takes to go on and win a world title in the cruiserweight ranks, however Briggs – a former heavyweight world champion himself from the same neighbourhood as ‘Iron’ Mike – told Seconds Out he isn’t in that league.

“He’s more entertainment.”

Asked about some world champions who have called Paul out in the aftermath – namely undisputed light-heavyweight king Artur Beterbiev and new heavyweight titlist Daniel Dubois – Briggs advised Paul to stay away and said that his brother, Logan, is actually more gifted in the ring.

“[Beterbiev?] Not at all. [Dubois?] Not at all. I really got to give it some thought [who Jake should fight] because Jake’s a different type of guy. He’s more entertainment. Who can fit the bill? Not to say he can’t fight, cause I always thought he can fight. He got a little something. Logan got a lot more to be honest with you. He can really fight, I’m not gonna lie. He’s got some skills.”

Finally, Briggs said he was happy for Tyson and that he had predicted this rise for the Pauls.

“I was happy for Mike to be at 58-years-old and to be able to make money, feed his family. I foreseen this years ago when I was working with Jake Paul and Logan Paul. I said to Jake one day you’ll fight [Floyd] Mayweather and I told Logan one day you’ll fight Tyson. They thought I was crazy. It happened in reverse. What can I say? I tell no lies.”

Whilst Tyson has confirmed the fight was his last time through the ropes, Paul forges ahead as one of the most controversial figures in the sport.
